Michael and Elizabeth Liera: Jiu Jitsu Champions Bring Lōgōs Academies to Colorado

Michael and Elizabeth Liera are well-known names in the world of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ). The brother and sister team were both trained at Atos Jiu Jitsu, one of the best BJJ schools in the world. Now, they are excited to share their knowledge and skills with students in Colorado by opening two new Lōgōs Jiu Jitsu academies in Denver and Westminster.

Michael and Elizabeth have won many titles in BJJ competitions. They are both black belts, which is the highest rank in BJJ, learning under the legendary André Galváo. Michael has won gold medals at the World Championships, Pan American Championships, and European Championships. Elizabeth is also a top competitor, with podium wins at the Pan American and World Championships.

The siblings believe that BJJ is not just a sport, but a way of living. They want to help their students become better people on and off the mats. At Lōgōs Jiu Jitsu academies, students will learn self-defense, discipline, respect, and how to stay fit and healthy.

The new Lōgōs Jiu Jitsu academy in Westminster will have classes for all ages and skill levels. Kids can start learning BJJ as young as four years old in the Origins program. Adults train in separate classes following.
